Drinking enough water is essential for overall health, but it can also aid weight loss. Water helps curb hunger, boosts metabolism, and promotes efficient digestion and nutrient absorption. Generally, a person should be drinking half of their body weight in ounces. For example, if one weighs 150 pounds, s/he should aim to drink approximately 75 ounces (2.2 liters) of water per day. However, individual needs may vary depending on physical activity, climate, and other factors.

Green tea is known to boost metabolism and increase fat oxidation, which makes it another potent weight loss aid. Enjoy a cup or two of green tea daily to reap its weight loss benefits!
