Ruth Ifrah, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a certified family nurse practitioner with more than 16 years in healthcare. She trained at George Washington University and treats patients of all ages.
Who she is

Ruth gives evidence-based, high-quality care, and builds an individual treatment plan for every patient. She aims to be compassionate and thorough at every visit.
She is also a wife and mother, so she knows how hard it is to find time to take care of yourself. That's why Shalva Health offers office, video and home visits, with daytime, evening and weekend appointments.

Shalva Health brings quality medical care to Maryland in a way that's convenient and within reach. Today that means a medical weight-loss program for men and women, sick care for the whole family, and infant ear molding.
The office is in Owings Mills, near Pikesville. Video and home visits mean you can be seen without leaving the house.
