Medical weight loss

Your initial consult and first month, medication included, are one charge on the day of your consult. If you decide not to start medication, you pay $150 for the consult instead. After that, it's from $350 a month, medication included, charged every 30 days. The price depends on which medication is right for you. To cancel or pause, tell us at least a week before your next billing date.

Includes the exam and a rapid strep test. All overnight testing and lab work is submitted through insurance. The travel charge for a home visit depends on your location.

Includes fitting, at least one follow-up visit (more if needed) and removal.

Shalva Health doesn't bill insurance directly. For weight loss and sick visits, we can give you a superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Ear molding isn't covered by insurance.
HSA and FSA cards are accepted. A missed weight-loss visit without notice is $50. There is no fee for a missed sick visit.
