Mesomorphs respond well to both strength training and cardio. A combination of compound lifts, like squats and deadlifts, along with moderate cardio such as running or cycling, will help you maintain lean muscle and burn fat. Adding in HIIT workouts a few times a week will keep your metabolism high and prevent plateaus. But be careful not to overtrain, mesomorphs tend to pack on muscle and fat quickly.
