Sweet Potatoes

Swap regular potatoes for sweet potatoes. Sweet potatoes have a lower glycemic index, providing a slower release of energy and additional nutrients like beta-carotene. Plus, they’re delicious!

Almond Flour

Substitute almond flour for white flour in baking recipes. Almond flour is higher in healthy fats and adds a nutty flavor while reducing carbohydrate content.

Ground Turkey

Substitute lean ground turkey for ground beef in recipes (or for at least some of it). It’s a lower-fat option that still provides ample protein for dishes like tacos, burgers, or spaghetti.
